Josh takes a victory lap because he feels he has been vindicated in his opinion that what Riley did, show up outside of Eric July's empty warehouse at the dead of night, was illegal because Riley was officially charged (not convicted) on behalf of Eric July for "felony stalking," meaning guilt would need to be proven in a court a law if the case escalates. Josh goes on to say that should Riley ever be found guilty of felony stalking, Dick could also be charged.
