Sugar free Cookies πŸͺπŸͺπŸͺ:
1 cup oat flour
3 soaked medjool dates
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking soda
1/2-1 cup soy milk
30 gr sugar free dark chocolate (vegan)
Cinnamon, pure vanilla and sea salt for taste

Mash the dates and mix in the soy milk and baking soda. Add coconut and chia seeds. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix well. Chop the chocolate and mix in at the end. Bake in the oven at 350 F (175 Celsius) for 8-10 minutes. Let them be a bit soft still when you take them out, as they will harden once they cool down.

Turmeric dressing recipe:
1/2 cup beans
1/4 cup soaked cashews
1 cup soy milk
1 tsp turmeric powder or fresh root
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 fresh clove garlic
1 tsp oregano or other herb of choice
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Add it all to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. This dressing is super yummy and can go with so many different dishes! You can mix up the herbs, spices etc as well to make it a different flavor.
