HURRICANE IRMA - Miami rounds up homeless people and forces them into refugee camps against their will, threatening to institutionalize them or force mental evaluations on any people who refuse to go into the shelters.
Typical police state Martial law styled dictatorship holds people captive without any trials, judges, court cases... just a decree from government and citizens were rounded up and held against their will... "for their own good."
The Declaration of Independence declares that people have civil rights to LIBERTY and freedom to not be held captive against their will. But now the government has declared itself the guardian who makes life decisions for people... innocent people who were not even charged with any crime or allowed due process in court.
