"Murderer!" Is this the arrest of James Alex Fields?

Heavily armed group occupying Justice Park (certainly not one of the Alt-right groups but not necessarily Antifa either) starts to chase someone they thought was involved in the car crash that killed one and injured 19 at the Charlottesville mayhem on August 12, 2017. It's not much, but I'm not really a photo journalist. The timestamp on this video is 2:14 PM. It was taken at the corner of 4th and Jefferson. It may be the arrest James Alex Fields. At the time I was not aware that a car had crashed into marchers, but it seems that many of the people in the park knew. The man in the khaki t-shirt and camo hat is University of North Carolina professor and antifa leader Dwayne Dixon, who has publicly claimed to have raised his AR-15 semi-automatic rifle (which you can see strung over his shoulder) at Mr. Fields just before the fatal accident. For my complete report, got to https://davidduke.com/report-from-charlotte-behind-enemy-lines-reaching-levels-of-cuckoldry-that-shouldnt-even-be-possible.
