The London Region of the National Front held a very successful meeting on the 7th. April. Some forty members, supporters and friends enjoyed a convivial and productive evening. The primary aim of our meeting was to organise our campaign in the current elections to the Greater London Assembly. We are standing in the GLA constituency of Croydon and Sutton with our candidate, veteran nationalist Richard Edmonds. Organiser Tony Martin outlined our plans to deliver thousands of leaflets promoting our candidate. Tony had already made a film promoting our GLA campaign, which is now available for viewing on the National Front web-site.
In parallel with our efforts in the GLA election, we are also campaigning in the Council by-election taking place in Romford in the Heaton ward of the London Borough of Havering. Kevin Layzell has stepped forward to be our candidate. Havering is one of the whiter boroughs of London, and has a fine “right-wing” tradition; the BNP twice won council elections in the area that Kevin is contesting. Kevin was met with warm appreciation as he outlined his plans for the Heaton ward campaign. We are pleased and proud that Kevin has chosen to stand for us.
The next speaker to address our meeting was long-term nationalist and South East NF Organiser, Mike Easter. Mike had used his initiative to produce an excellent leaflet promoting LEAVE the monstrous European Union: Leave the EU and restore our Sovereignty and regain control of our borders. The British people voting to leave the EU would throw a massive spanner into the works of Internationalists and Globalists, the International Socialists and phony, fraudulent “Conservatives” who set up and who control the death-bringing anti-European non-Union.
The collection at the meeting raised a magnanimous sum in excess of four hundred pounds; given that the London NF already had nine hundred pounds to its credit, this means that the heavy costs of the GLA campaign – the deposit alone, to stand in this election is one thousand pounds – this generous collection meant that all costs have now been well met.
The final speaker was our candidate in the GLA election, Richard Edmonds. In his talk, Richard quoted a friend of his , who warned several, years ago, that it was now a race between the White peoples waking up and their being flooded out, displaced and replaced by a mass wave of millions of immigrants turning us into minorities in our own countries. Richard spoke of the fine history of the National Front which will soon celebrate its fifty years of campaigning for Race and Nation. Richard lambasted the Labour Party: the Labour Party has betrayed the indigenous British people; the Labour party has become the Immigrants' party: a party run by and for the benefit of foreigners. In these current elections to the Greater London Assembly, the Labour Party wants an Asian to become the next Mayor of London: Roll over Dick Whittington and make way for the son of Pakistani immigrants. Richard then lambasted the Tory party. Labour wants an Asian Mayor for London, and Cameron, the Tory Prime Minister, wants and looks forward to the day Britain gets an Asian Prime Minister. Cameron made public his disgusting and humiliating plans for Britain, on the occasion two years ago of the official visit of the President of India to Britain. Cameron grovelled to his foreign visitor.
Supporting Mike Easter's speech calling for Britain to leave the EU, Richard warned of the extreme dangers of Britain's continued membership: Make no mistake, he said, when the German chancellor Angela Merkel made her clarion call last summer for the whole world to come to Germany and to Europe, that was the voice of the Internationalists and the Globalists that we all heard, the authentic voice of the power-brokers who set up and who control the European Union: they intend the genocide of the white race. May the British people understand what is at stake at the Referendum on the 23rd. June.
