The fifth group of people who followed Jesus - and still follow Him today - are disciples.
A disciple is a person who is a pupil or an adherent of the doctrines of another; a true follower who desires to be like his or her teacher.
Disciples can't resist Jesus' words. His words are a magnet. John 1:37 The two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.
Disciples are led by Jesus to mountaintop experiences where Jesus gives them a better view of life and eternity. They see things clearer than the crowds. They understand more. John 6:3 Then Jesus went up on a mountain, and He sat there with His disciples.
