Senator John McCain says America's Founding Fathers did not want the borders defended by an armed militia and that the Constitution prohibits defense of the border against foreign invasion.
On the other hand, he has no problem with Obama waging an illegal war without the constitutionally-required approval from Congress.
He is also untroubled that Obama does not meet the requirement of being a "natural born citizen."
Yet, he thinks the Founders wanted to prohibit the military from protecting America's borders from foreign invasion and colonization and that they enshrined this in the Constitution!!
The Founders would more likely have considered that high treason for the nation's leaders to not protect the borders with the military. The Founders more probably would have hung John McCain as a traitor.
