The Ukrainian intelligence officer Vitaly Zhikovich revealed in a leaked tape that he has carried out numerous terror attacks and assassinations across Europe and other parts of the world. Zhikovich spoke about his connections and some of the operations he carried out, stressing that he enjoys committing these crimes and that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has supported them.
