The Iran War is not being fought for American interests or even to protect the United States, Col. Douglas Macgregor told Rick Sanchez on his podcast "Good Talk". According to Col. Macgregor, the Iran War is being fought for Israel, and Israel alone, as the U.S. is not benefiting from the inflated price of oil, the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, and the bombing of several Middle Eastern nations, especially the Persian Gulf countries.
