GREEN SMOOTHIE
1 Thai Young Coconut
1 cup Dandelion
1 cup Parsley
1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Spirulina
1 Tablespoon Maca
1/2 Tablespoon Flax Seed Oil
1/4 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 scoop of Protein Powder (Vega by Brendan Brazier)
3 Bananas
