Representatives of the U.S., South Korea, and Japan are scheduled to have trilateral talks this week on the sidelines of the North Korea talks Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will be leading in Vancouver. Foreign ministers from 16 countries who either supplied support or troops to South Korea during the1950-53 Korean War will be involved in the main talks of the meeting.
