I used to battle with my weight. Back in the late '80s, when I was 14, I thought a McFish was 'healthy.' I tried a myriad of diets before learning, really learning, about the food supply, nutrition, metabolomics, micronutrients, the gut-brain axis, chronic illness, longevity, chemical body burden, autoimmunity, and functional medicine.

The puzzle came together and I woke!
