On July 30, 2015, SB277 passed in California, doing away with religious and philosophical vaccine exemptions for schoolkids. Now, citizens are attempting to recall the bill and oust its sponsor, Dr Pan. 100 bills on mandatory vaccination have been put forth in 32 States.
