CORRECTION: The logical fallacy being demonstrated may be closer to a generalization than a composition fallacy depending on how you define the female collective.

UPDATE: There are credible rumors that the women who passed did receive preferential treatment, and that there is a political agenda at work. The Army brass denies it, but they would even if it was true. We may never know for sure for years because active duty soldiers don't have free speech. In the absence of evidence, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt though.

2 Women (out of 19) passed Army Ranger School. I guess this means that women in general are just as good as men right? Not so fast cupcake.
