In an attempted public relations stunt, Ukrainian soldiers were captured in an attempt to raise the flag over some abandoned buildings in the strategic city of Konstantinovka. The Ukrainian soldiers were captured by the Russian military and forced to drop their flags and raise the flag of the Russian Federation.
The failed PR stunt comes at a time when Ukraine is trying to save face after a recent shakeup in its military leadership.
