What I ate today as a Vegan Model. Showing you guys that models do eat ;)

Protein Waffles, makes for 3-4 people:
2 cups of oat flour
1 full scoop (70 grams) of pea protein (I use MyProtein)
1 Tbsp of cinnamon
1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
1 tsp ground ginger
dash of sea salt

Mix it all together and add 1-2 cups of water for a pancake dough consistency. Heat your waffle maker and make the waffles. Makes around 5-6 waffles. This dough can also be used for pancakes!
I do not like them too sweet as I top them with fruit, but you can add some sweetener or choice if you desire.
There is more than 8 grams of protein per waffle! It is definitely easy to get plenty of protein as a vegan ;) Enjoy!
