Return to the Ancient Path

Down the winding road, setting off alone on a journey to lands hither unknown. Step into the dark wood where bodes the moss-man and the hood. Lady fair with radiant hair will point the way on. Upward still, beyond the hill, to face the dragon's lair. Test your courage, be not discouraged, time to choose might or flight. And, when it's all over, with a sigh and a shudder, it's back down the road again. But, you'll return home still fully alone. There are none who share your ken.
