Demonstrators gathered in front of Frisco City Hall this past weekend demanding Texas Governor Greg Abbott immediately reopen schools, businesses, and churches. Among the participants was Shelley Luther, owner of Salon A la Mode, who re-opened her business in violation of the Governor's order. In the video, she can be seen tearing up the citation that was issued to her amidst the jubilant applause of the crowd. These acts of non-compliance and civil disobedience will follow the same route as the protests - starting small and then quickly engulfing the entire nation.
