The interviewee is a conservative activist, known as HUSTUSA, living in San Diego County, a construction worker, who has been out of work for years, because the construction industry in California has been taken over by Obama-protected illegal alien workers. So, he is not actually joking here. Having lost his current home, we puts that in perspective with other disasters that the Obama regime has wrought on him. The video is from Fox5 News San Diego.
