Wow! The open records games never end. I’ve done a lot of confrontational records requests, but I’ve never had this happen before. Houston Police Officer David W Slade refused to let me access public information unless I handed over to him my identification cards—of which he took photos of. You and I can only imagine how those photos will be used to attack me. This is what happens when corrupt police administrations don’t discipline bad officers.
