All Unconstitutional, but hey if you are going to be a criminal you may as well be a big one, that is the way Fake Australian Governments operate. Start standing up to them Australia.
Tell them to piss off, your Constitution has all the protections you need or if you don't "Queensland farmers will be charged up to $100,000 to install water meters under a new plan to manage the state's water supply.
The Palaszczuk fraud Government wants Unconstitutional water licence holders to install water meters and data loggers to send live measurements to bureaucrats to monitor the state's water take. How about rip the unlawful licence up Farmers.
Farmers said the meters would be measuring dry river beds and were a waste of money.
A consultation paper revealed the cost of installation, maintenance and operation for the mandatory loggers would fall on farmers."

This proposal does not just negatively affect irrigators. Holders of Intensive Livestock Water Use Licenses which are required by legislation in Queensland in order to hold feedlot licences have also been identified amongst those affected. Amidst these are family farms who rely on bores for their water usage and do not draw from any watercourses.
Feedlots provide more services than just finishing cattle for slaughter market but are also imperative during times of drought when supplementing early weaned calves and breeding herds.
What should be considered with the feedlot industry is that once cattle are inducted into a feedlot their draw on water is simply transferred from the place they originated which in most cases would hold a stock and domestic licence.
As this protracted drought continues irrigators are already battling with exorbitant water and electricity prices and dry river beds and dams to draw from, so to propose yet another cost impost on them shows just how out of touch and callous the Queensland Labor Government are.
Primary producers are beseeched to prepare for times of dry weather and drought through the good times, and then have one if not two hands tied behind their backs. Financial burdens do not stop when droughts break and this cost impost proposal scours away at any finances that may aid in future drought mitigation.
We urge all farmers, water holders and agricultural supporters to make their voice heard during the Government’s far from sufficient consultation period which will close at 5pm, Friday 13 December 2019.
