CDC's Dr. William Thompson: "thimerosal causes tics ... do you think a pregnant mother would take a vaccine that they knew caused tics? ... I would never give my wife a vaccine that I thought caused tics."
I don’t know if vaccines cause a certain percentage (of autism) or whatever. I can say, I do think that thimerosal causes tics. I can say, tics are four times more prevalent in autism. There is a biological, there is biologic plausibility right now I really do believe there is, to say that thimerosal causes autism-like features."
