The complaint is abusing powers of dominant position in Market as Cartel Card Issuer for Press. Using the police as a resource to enforce their dominant power and protect their monopoly. They are harassing and confiscating union cards and press cards of workers of England union and Press cards issued by the Workers of England Union, under the Trade name English Press Association.
Unlawful persecution and abuse of powers by both the Police (under false instructions) and PA Media Limited.
