When evaluating survival/camping gear I always look for equipment with multiple functions. I ran across the Kelly Kettle and it fits the bill. With the Kelly Kettle not only do you not have to worry about carrying fuel (or running out of it), but you can burn any biomass you find along your travels. You can also store water, have an indefinite supply of boiled drinking water and a place to kindle a fire in wet or rainy weather.
