In this section of "Fourth State", Rolf Oward and Lars Bern join in to discuss corruption within the EU and the introduction of the Global Compact.

The EU Commission has confirmed that the EU will not force member states to introduce the UN Global Compact migration framework. This is also the view that has been touted by both our media and our government.

An internal document from the EU legal department has now been posted online. According to the document, the member states should do everything possible to implement the framework. In addition, it is emphasised that deviant countries effectively oppose the Treaty of Rome, "the EU Constitution", because the Union must have a united outward posture.

We have translated it with the idea of publishing it. It turns out, however, that it is an internal document that must not be published.

We begin by commenting on Stefan Löfvén's speech in the EU Parliament in early April and discussing the absurdities surrounding the climate issue.

We also discuss his claim about "everyone's equal rights" given that EU parliamentarians get approximately SEK 47,000 a month tax-free, on top of a salary of nearly SEK 90,000 a month. In addition, they draw a tax-free allowance of SEK 3,200 a day whilst in Parliament.

In addition, all EU officials are exempt from Swedish tax, even those who work in Sweden. They only pay EU tax of about 22%. This also applies to their pensions. While in Sweden we talk about increasing the retirement age, the EU parliamentarians retire already at the age of 63.

Lars Bern believes that this is a kind of corruption that makes politicians ready to implement all plans drawn up by international financial interests. All Swedish parliamentary parties have fallen victim to this corruption.

We go over to discuss the EU's formation, which was inspired by an organisation called "American Committee on United Europe". This was funded by the CIA and included people like Kalergi, the instigator of the so-called Kalergi plan. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Committee_on_United_Europe

The Rome Treaty was developed with the support of Robert Rockefeller, who was part of the international financial interests supporting the lifting of national borders, among other things. The Treaty of Rome became the basic document for the EU.

A viewer has objected to Claes Hedberg's description of Emma Rothschild in the program about the Palme murder. In his mail, the viewer explains that Emma was in fact an advisor to Palme. Another circumstance that contradicts her being Olof Palme's mistress is that Olof's son, Mattias, currently lives in Emma Rothschild's apartment in Gamla Stan in Stockholm. This is confirmed in the population register where his address is c/o Rothschild.

We then discuss the confidential document on the introduction of the Global Compact in the EU. The text states that

"... the Union is obliged to follow the commitments and take into account the Global Compact's objectives .... In accordance with the principle of sincere cooperation, Member States should take any general or specific measures necessary to ensure compliance ..."

When contacted, the European Commission in Stockholm contended that we are not obliged to introduce the Global Compact.

Our question is then who is right. Should we believe EU lawyers, who derive their position from the Treaty of Rome, the New York Declaration and other documents, or the EU press service?

The document from the EU Commission's Legal Service is on
