I think that they should shut down all schools and instruct parents to keep children at home and away from other children. They should heavily test just like in South Korea. His own past videos make why very clear. The UK should test heavily precisely because we aren't as far along. Again, look to South Korea, who still heavily tested even after they had high spread".
