Spartak Moscow football club will have to take the rap for their fans. Usually, fans support their favorite team, but in Russian football , it often happens that clubs have to carry responsibility for their fans. Fights, insults and the use of flares during matches has become commonplace. But that is not all. For example, a recent match between Spartak against Shinnik, held as 1\16 of the Cup of Russia, had to be interrupted several times due to the violent behavior of supporters. Moreover, in the midst of the game, fans unfolded a banner with offensive symbols on it.

Now, the club will have to answer. Spartak may be fined from 50 to 200 thousand rubles, or from 2-6 thousand dollars. In addition, the club may incur the punishment of holding from one to three matches on a neutral field, without spectators.

Representatives of local law enforcement agencies will have to carry responsibility for the incident as well. Five thousand fans had to go to their seats through one entrance at the stadium. And in spite of this decision, the red-and-white guests still managed to carry flares and smoke bombs to the game.

The game was held in the city of Yaroslavl, where football fans from Moscow are traditionally not welcome. The city has had this reputation for years, since the 1990s. The situation in other Russian cities is no better either. Clashes with police occur on a regular basis. Will it be better for the World Cup that Russia is going to host?
