The public has every right in fact it is our duty to question government and whatever we see fit to question. That is the point of the 1st Amendment. And as YouTube does not censor the main stream media covering these stories, and as we are merely presenting content and asking questions it is my position that they are engaging in discriminatory business practices and violating the Commerce Clause via interrupting the flow of interstate commerce.
They may not have to abide by the 1st Amendment (although I would argue otherwise as they accept money and ad revenue for political campaigns and promotions) as well as receiving taxpayer subsidies,they absolutely do have to follow the law according to anti-discriminatory business practices.
(Please keep in mind I may agree or disagree with some content on his channel, but I share content and promote channels with content I find note or newsworthy)
