Between Rolleston and Christchurch a brand new motorway has been built. Not even a year old they're digging it up and resurfacing it for the second or third time.
If you had a builder doing work to your house and he had to come take it down and fix it again two or three times per year, would you keep paying him? No you bloody well wouldn't.
So why is this happening? I'm sure it's not just this motorway. I'd have to believe this is nationwide on all new roads.
And driving on that very motorway today they had three times in 2 KMs signs together saying 50kph and 70kph. So which is 50 or 70?
But don't worry the tax payer pays for everything.
