In this video, I will go over the case W.L. Thompson v. D.C. Smith, Chief of Police of the City of Lynchburg, Virginia. This case has been circulating around the internet for a long time. Many Sovereigns have been accused of misinterpreting this case by individuals who will attempt to use off-point arguments that the municipality has the right to regulate driving and issue permits. The stupidity of these arguments cannot be overstated. Of course, the municipality has the right to regulate DRIVING for commercial purposes.
These are obvious attempts to stultify the information that is being disseminated by sovereigns by their public servants who wish to maintain their false authority over the people who they are supposed to be serving.
The idiocy of the arguments became too much for me to bear and I took the time to actually read the case for everyone so they can see it for themselves. Hopefully, this will serve as an example of what is required to get to the truth.
