The CDC recommendations for the fully vaccinated now say masks can be removed inside and outside. Although they still want the unvaccinated masked, per President Biden there will be no enforcement. As a result, Minnesota's mask mandate is lifted May 16, with no enforcement. Thanks goes to the Governors (FL, SD, TX, IA, etc) who lifted their mask mandates and let their people live free. CDC likely found it difficult to impose what Governors refused to impose, and were forced to retreat.
