I'm tired of BLACK WOMEN blaming MEN, and GAY MEN in particular for the high percentage of infected BLACK WOMEN!!! Black women have the disease because of their poor decision making and irresponsible behavior! If they force these men to wrap up and protect themselves, the HIV/AIDS rate wouldn't be so high!
