Jeffrey (link below) reported that the CBO's most recent study shows that the top 40% of Americans pay 106.2% of the total taxes, while the bottom 40% pay a negative tax rate of 9.1% while receiving "transfers," or payments from the government at an average of $18,950.
This video is a compilation of Obama, Hilary and the like advocating for the rich to pay their fair share. It seems the "rich" are already paying more than their fair share with a Robinhood system in full effect.
