The scheme to "transform" Canada's biggest city and meet "Net Zero" goals has a price tag of $145 billion Toronto City Council announced casually this week. This will mean about $8 to 9 billion annually. This will send Canada's biggest city in the poorhouse.
The plan is called "Transform T.O."
Few are in shock because they don't really know about it, or its implications.
