In this video we have an example of a criminally predisposed moron who could care less about the strict gun control laws of his country who likely expected no one around to be carrying. Fortunately for this mom an off duty police officer was present. But all normal folks should have the same protection.
This was luck. It should be the normal common place occurrence. Imagine the minds of criminals. They would certainly have more reason to fear being stupid.
