Lord Justice Brian Leveson, the most senior criminal judge in the UK was to oversee the court proceedings.

“Imagine that Tommy Robinson has an appeal on 10th July, the judge has been selected, Lord Justice Brian Leveson the most senior judge of all of the United Kingdom, the courtroom was selected, courtroom 5, the time was selected, 10AM.”
