More and more groups of South Africans are finding themselves stuck in remote countries as a result of the lock down. While children of well connected ANC cadres were flown back to South Africa from Wuhan earlier this month by the taxpayers generosity, in a chartered plane, seems like that generosity does not extend to other South Africans stranded in countries across the world.
