The Australian constitution is a well written document unfortunately most people know very little about it and this is why these videos of different parts and sections of the constitution are being put up.
So people can read and study the different parts of the Constitution, the Australian Constitution was brought into being when to different states in Australia federated in 1901.
But what most people don't realise is that each state in Australia also has its own Constitution, as a part from the Federation Constitution of 1901.
For example if you looked up Victoria's Constitution 1855 you would find that it reads almost exactly the same as the 1901 one Constitution with one or two variations.
(for example in the Federation Constitution there is a section called 128s which is for referendums to change the Constitution itself, but by doing so the people would be changing the law of the land.)
However the Victorian Constitution has no such provision included in it, in analysis this Constitution is subservient to the Federal Constitution what that means is that if they wanted to change their 1855 Victorian Constitution there will have to go to referendum, I hope this explains a little bit more about the Australian Constitution's.
