Del Bigtree Interview - Rally for Justice at California State Capitol - August 6, 2018

What ever happened to Informed Consent?

Published on Aug 14, 2018

While at the Rally for Justice in opposition to California SB 1992, I had the privilege of speaking with Del Bigtree, TV Director & Producer. As a former producer for the daytime TV show, "The Doctors," and producer of the documentary "Vaxxed", Del is incredibly knowledgeable regarding the hidden dangers of vaccines and the politics of vaccination. He has interviewed CDC officials, and has worked directly with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on this human rights issue of vaccine choice and vaccine safety. Perhaps more than any other media professional, he is an outspoken (and well-spoken) champion of individual and parental rights when it comes to vaccination. Del Bigtree has his own channel, "The Highwire with Del Bigtree" which which I highly encourage you to check out.

During the past decade, the pharmaceutical industry and CDC, working in concert with state and county healthcare districts, hospitals, healthcare organizations and NGO's have instituted increasingly coercive vaccine policies in utter disregard for basic human rights. With SB 277, SB 792, University of California, and now SB 1992, California has become ground zero for measures which have taken away individual and parental rights when it comes to the vaccinations (if any) they will choose for their children. Despite the failure of the courts to recognize this right since Jacobson v. Massachusetts in 1905, mandatory vaccination is unconstitutional, and it is unconstitutional to coerce or discriminate in any way based on an individual's vaccination status. Vaccination must always an individual's own choice to make. The concept of informed consent needs to be redeemed from the lies that are being told. If the public at large really knew the truth, then they wouldn't allow so many vaccines to be injected into their bodies and into the bodies of their children. Of course the pharmaceutical industry can't allow that to happen, so they have bought up our politicians (both sides of the aisle), and the media. (70 % of TV Station advertising funding comes from the pharmaceutical industry.) It is time for us to take our nation back from the pharmacrats. So long as one has the capacity to choose for oneself or one's children, no one should ever be subject to any medical intervention without their expressed consent. And if consent is given, it must be given freely, free of coercion and discrimination, and with true and honest information regarding the possible risks and benefits, i.e. "Informed Consent." Our bodies are our own, not the government's, and no one has the right to take that right away from us.

(This is not to be confused with the situation of pregnancy, in which the mother's body contains the body of her child, a unique individual, a situation which should be characterized by nurturing, not disposal.)
