Ephesians 4:30, “Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.” A lot of the once saved always saved folks will use this verse as their prooftext and will say, see we are sealed until the day of redemption. They would be correct if we were sealed UNTIL the day, but the bible doesn’t say sealed until, it says sealed for the day of redemption, and that 1 word makes all the difference in the world to the context of the passage.
