Why End Water Fluoridation?
1.) Hydrofluorosilicic Acid is a toxic waste by-product of phosphate fertilizer production that is used to fluoridate Toronto's public water supply. In addition to Fluoride, it contains toxic chemical elements, such as lead, arsenic, mercury and radioactive substances.
2.) The largest U.S. study comparing tooth decay between those drinking fluoridated vs. non-fluoridated water found a non-significant gain of 0.6 of a surface of a tooth (out of 128 tooth surfaces) for those drinking fluoridated water (Brunelle & Carlos, 1990). Other research shows that there is no relation between dental carries and the amount of Fluoride ingested ( Warren et al., 2009).
3.) Consumption of artificially fluoridated water has also been associated with lowered IQ, bone cancer in boys, skeletal and dental fluorosis, hypothyroidism, kidney disease, and other adverse health effects.

4.) Forcing the public to consume fluoridated water infringes on their right to informed consent
