ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS TRIBUNAL AFFIRMS AUSTRALIA FIRST'S PARTY LOGO
In a long decision handed down over the last forty-five minutes, the Administrative Decisions Tribunal has confirmed our party's logo containing the Eureka Flag - will remain duly registered.
The logo will appear next to the party name on Commonwealth ballot papers.
The written judgement will be available before too long and the electronic version within three weeks.
The Tribunal rejected the application of Professor Louise Watson that it overturn the Australian Electoral Commission's decision to register our logo and as confirmed after internal review in 2017.
In truth, the Eureka Flag is the symbol of Australian nationalism.
