Are trigger warnings strangling professors and making college students into wimps? Topics in this video: trigger warnings, oversensitivity, Tumblr culture, radical left, college students, scapegoating, for-profit universities, capitalism, trauma, PTSD, social justice warriors, hurt feelings, and the real meaning of political correctness.

(This was a one hour unscripted conversation that was edited down to bring you the most interesting parts.)

Josiah and I talk about two popular articles that have been circulated around the internet, blaming trigger warnings and political correctness for softening and censoring academia.

In order to find out more about what life is really like for teachers in academia, I spoke to several people who are currently "in the trenches" and teaching, to get their reaction to these articles.

Their responses were interesting and informative... and you probably will be surprised by them.

"Stop treating faculty like they are burger-flippers."

12:40 -- Josiah explains exactly what "political correctness" means, and why it has nothing to do with hurt feelings.

So what do you think? Has political correctness on campus gone too far?
